Spare Time Pineville

Great concept, horrible execution. Drinks and food are way over priced. This is something I could definitely get over if the service wasn't so horrible. Bartender barely spoke and she had an attitude when she did. There was no one else at the bar... Or in the restaurant part. Very small portion of Fried pickles which came without any sauce like the description said. The person who brought it acted like it was an inconvenience for them to go get any sauce. Don't go there expecting anything friendly. On a positive note, the atmosphere is great. The dining and bar area is pretty. There are multiple attractions here. I don't think the positives outweigh the terrible attitudes of the staff. I'd love to come back if it ever got new management and staff. 🤷 Overall disappointing. Can't reccomend.

Today was my son’s birthday and he wanted to visit SpareTime at the last minute. We didn’t have time to reserve anything; so we just walked in. While walking to the restaurant area we ran into Mr. David who was a manager. He accommodated us and allowed us to use the tables at the restaurant although the area was closed. From the niceness, being extremely attentive, and phenomenal customer service skills; we will definitely be coming back. He was phenomenal! You can tell that he enjoys what he does! He made sure to go above and beyond to make my son’s birthday a success!

Great fun for all ages from grandkids ages 8 months, 4 and 6 years old, through mom's and dad's and one very happy grandma, we all had one heck of a good time. The entire venue was clean and well taken care of. If a spill happened it was rapidly and thoroughly cleaned. We choose to try our hands at a couple of rounds of bowling. We of course had to partake of the Eats, Drinks, Adult Drinks, Food and Dessert menus!! Woo Hoo and thanks for a great time!!!

Thank you Spare Time for a Great Time at my daughter's 9th birthday celebration! We all had an amazing time bowling, laser tag and all the amenities that were available to us in one spot! What made our experience so FUN and In-Joyable was our FANTASTIC hostess, Kate! Kate really did an excellent job and I can't even make this up. She was so on point, I continued to thank her throughout the entire party. She was attentive, engaged, knowledgeable and her customer service was impeccable! She truly deserves praise from Management and Corporate. She deserves a RAISE! Her manager Shayla was very pleasant and helpful, as well. Again, WE LOVED IT!!!💛💛💛

This was our first time here and my friends and I wanted to play laser tag and do an escape room. When we came in we went to the front desk and stood there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. There were a ton of workers standing in the doorway of the “Win Zone” who clearly saw us standing and waiting but they never said anything to us or came over to help. My boyfriend finally went over to them to try and get someone’s attention about wanting to play laser tag. The lady that responded was very dismissive and told us to go stand over by the laser tag area which we didn’t know where it was. So we found it on our own and the same lady came over to help us. After laser tag we went over to the escape room to play. The guy over there had told us that they were sold out for the night and they just started their last game so we couldn’t play. That was very disappointing so then we decided to play arcade games. When we were finished we went to the “Win Zone” to redeem our prizes and once again there were a bunch of workers just standing all around talking and we never got any acknowledgment or anything. When we walked up to the counter the lady that was helping us barely talked or looked at us and was also very dismissive. After that we decided to go to the bar for a drink. We sat at a table for about 10 minutes with workers just walking by us not and again not acknowledging us at all. Finally one of the workers walked by and said someone would be with us in a minute and that never happened. So my boyfriend decided to go up to the bar himself to order our drinks. There was one bar tender and she again did not acknowledge him as she was helping someone else. He stood there for a few minutes and then came back to the table because he wasn’t being helped. When the bar was clear he went back up to be helped, the bartender looked at him and smiled, and at the same time two other people were walking up to the bar and the bartender helped them first. At that point I was over the dismissive attitudes of the staff so we left. I won’t be coming back here again.
